How does it work?

1. For more inspiration and to determine what color and shape you like, check out this website or the FESTNETZ Instagram and Pinterest pages.
2. Once you've decided what you want, use the contact form or send us a direct message on Instagram with what you want your bag/sleeve/case to look like. If you have any other special requests, please let us know.
3. After we discuss your preferred item, we will send you more information about pricing, color options, shipping dates, and anything else you may need to know.
4. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to be completed and ready to ship.
5. A confirmation of payment is required before the item can be shipped.
6. Get your handmade item and enjoy!
